(Via email) Hi! Eric, Do you know, it's a real pleasure to get such
marvellous response from a software producer such as your good self. Since
purchasing your software the few queries e-mailed to you over that period have
always been responded to with the utmost urgency and never failing solutions.
The larger organisations could certainly take lessons from you. Thank you very
much Eric the file worked a treat. The software disk will still work with my
desktops running Windows ME and 98 2nd edition I assume. Thank you very much
Eric, what a Wizard you are. Kindest regards, Roy Yates |

(Via email) I appreciate all the help you provide at what seems to me the
oddest and most unusual times. You have my vote for the best supported software
in ANY business. I should know...I provide technical support as well. Thanks
again. If you don't hear from me soon, happy holidays to you and your loved
ones. Rick Socarras |

(Via email) Thank you for your return E-mail. I recieved my Compufoil 2000
today in the mail. I have it installed and have already used it. I am presently
scratch - building a quarter scale Caudron C-460. I need to build the flaps now
and they are not defined on the print. I lofted a set of nine ribs and printed
them along w ith a planform for BOTH flaps in less than 15 minutes on my first
try. What a time saving and powerful tool! I've barely scratched the surface
and I already love it. Thanks again , Great Stuff !!! T. J. Suerdieck

(Via email) Dear Sir, Eric, I would like to send this mail to express
my sincere feelings about the service you deliver from the start to the end,
when contacted about your product CompuFoil 2000. This is great and does a lot
to show that buying through the World Wide Web can be save and fun! Moreover the
product does exactly what is promised and the after sales support, if needed, is
fast and to the point! Thanks! JBVM Delemarre The Netherlands

(via
email) Eric, I must say that I
am astounded. I emailed my support request at 1:09AM 5/5/00. At 1:32PM 5/5/00. I
received by email a brand new version of Compufoil 2000 with the functionality I
needed implemented. In just over 12 HOURS (!!) you provided me with what is an
essentialy custom upgrade to a professional-level program. This upgrade was also
posted on the web for the use of others on the very same day. In an age of
faceless corporations and brain-dead "customer service representitives" this is
truely outstanding customer service!! Please rest assured that I will remain a loyal
customer of your program, and that I will do all I can to see that my fellow
modelers know of the incredible product and service you
provide. Mark D.

(Via
Email).... Don't suppose you're interested in designing a CAD program for fuselages
that works as easily as compufoil? I'm reasonably computer literate, but have a
hell of a time learning CAD. Bought ModelCAD (sucked) and DeltaCAD (better,
but...). Frankly, I just don't have a month to invest in learning this kind of
stuff. However, the learning curve on your program is about 20 minutes and I
applaud you for it. Thanks, Larry

(Via
Email) Hi
Eric, I
will have to get you an order for your Compufoil. The (Chuck Anderson) Design8
program has too many problems with it right now, and he is unable to make the
changes for a while (I think his beta testers led him astray). I was going to go
out to your web site and see what the options were, and see what I needed to
order, but like you said... it isn't working. I'll check on Monday, or with you,
and see what I can do. -Craig

(Via
Email) Eric, I cannot say enough good things about your product and your product
support. You have helped me out so many times as I went through my computer and
CompuFoil learning curves. As I've said before, you have a
GREAT product. It works so well and I really consider CompuFoil to be the best
software money I have spent. Compufoil is one of the 2 or 3 programs that I use
the most and I am lost without it. And if something doesn't go quite right,
there YOU are to help get things working properly (thank you for the phone call,
my jaw dropped to the floor. Talk about unexpected). And what other vendor
(programmer) continues to give, what seems to be, free, unlimited updates (don't
go getting any ideas here). You are a perfectionist. And for
that I, and all, CompuFoil users are extremely grateful. Bob

(Via RC Soaring
Exchange) And here's the disclaimer. I never have talked to or met Eric Sanders.
And I don't work for him but I'll tell you this, this is a first-class program
and more of the software companies should make a product that works half as
well. Bob

sure I'm not the first to tell you what superb piece of software you've created.
Thanks to you, that dream RC plane with that impossible modified eliptical wing
will now take shape. Thanks a bunch. Bob Smith

(Via
email) Eric, Once again you have demonstrated why CompuFoil is the best airfoil
software on the market today. Your service and support go beyond normal customer
expectations. Take it from one very satisfied customer who is glad to be called
a CompuFoil customer. You deserve our loyal support for all you have done for
those of us who use your software. Thanks again, Eric. You continue to raise the
standards for top-notch products and service excellence in this
hobby. Best regards, Al Mangani

(reprint from
snail-mail) Dear Mr. Sanders Many times the only time an
individual or Organization is contacted is due to a problem with their product.
Fortunately, for our firm, of this is not the situation. This letter is to complement you
on your software, and the outstanding customer support you have furnished us.
the CompuFoil professional airfoil editing software you provided has exceeded
our expectations, and is aiding us immeasurably. I hope you will continue
publishing software of such high quality. Thank you. Sincerely, T.D.

(via

just wanted to let you know that the latest version of Compufoil for Windows
that I am running on my Macintosh (via Soft Windows) is working great. I am sure
that you hear this often, but Compufoil is a really fantastic program! Great
effort! Keep up the good work! Best

you remember, I mailed you some time ago about purchasing a copy of Compufoil
(your reply was dated June 18). I'd now like to go ahead and order! I've tried
one or two other demo packages (notably WinFoil) - they're dire by
comparison. Phil Haigh

Hi
Eric, Matney's Models has been using ComFoil Pro for the last 4 Years. It helps
when a new design comes out on the market. I would be lost with out it. We cut
Custom Cut Cores for a lot of customers. They send the airfoil they want in the
mail or email with a drawing & I send then Custom Cut Cores. Keep up the
Good work. Matney's Models Kevin Matney

Hi
Eric! First thank you for such a piece of software. Following your simple
tutorial on foam wings a have noticed a clear improvement in my lastest three
wings;and my friends too... :-). Defenetly was worth the
investment. Thank you very much for your help and let me congratulate you again for
your software. Thanks, Adrián

Hi
Eric, I
have just upgraded to 1.21, I am still using CFW as the only wing design tool
for BIG ED's HOBBIES, my only complaint is that after the wing the fuze takes
too long 8;-))), seriously, the software is a delight, the ability to export dxf
files alone makes it a must buy, but add in the ability to loft a complete set
of ribs, magic, we are selling two newish models, a twin of about 90" wing span
and a single about the same, the flight charistics??? are great, which I believe
it due to the ability of compufoil to fine tune a rib to my
specs. Again Eric, thanks for a fine product and great
service. BIG ed

(via RC Soaring Exchange
in response to inquiry of preferred airfoil plotting software) John, You can't go wrong with Compufoil! It will generate templates
specifically for the feather cut machine if you want it to, or do about anything
else you can imagine. Eric Sanders' customer support is absolutely the finest
I've experienced in the RC sailplane industry. Contact him at CompuFoil@aol.com
He's even got a site for a demo version of the program but I don't remember the
URL. This recommendation is brought to you by a very satisfied
customer. Terry Farmer Albuquerque

It is truly refreshing
to find someone who is willing to provide the kind of support after the point of
sale that you have provided. I know that there are competitive products that are
available, and for that matter, I own one of those products. First of all, let
me tell you, from my personal experience the competition isn't competitive in
any aspect that I have been able to discern, including, the biggie, ease of
use! Again, my thanks to you for a Great product and fantastic support.
Between CompuFoil and feather cut, I am having a great
time. Thanks again, Spalding

Hello
Eric, It
was well there, on spot and on time! I just run thru it at home, have
to make a clark-Y for a friend, and I say, it`s not as good as I
expected,as I expected far less,No it`s outstanding! What a complexity
. I`m also
very pleased with your build in conversion cabability from inches to metric,
saves me a lot of time (and errors) Thanks once more, looking forward
to hear from you Greetings Mario (Switzerland)

Hello
Eric, Im
not a person to contact a software mfg and coment on their product.. I have
witin the past two days upgraded my compufoil to your 98 ver. I am both thrilled
and elated with your new version...I have been using compufpil a few years
now....Now to have the ability to print out a full size wing plan on a printer
is truly a super achevment....especialy an eliptical one......to draw one on a
drafting board has always been difficult for me the math involved has always
been a pain...you have simpified it with the push of a button.....also the
placement of jig rods is truly more accurate The addition of trailing edge tabs
s also a great addition,,,,,True the program isnt a low end one....Ive added a
couple of hundred more cor files in addition to the purchase of your
library....with this addition my choise is endless my prog is only lacking the
dfx addition.....to be full blown......Again i want to thank you for the quantum
leap in your new 98 ver.....I personly will trumpet your program to friends and
fellow club members.................................. stallturn@aol.com Richard

Hello
Eric, I
received the program disk last Saturday and WOW!!!!! I think that I will find new
things to do with it for many years to come. The following is a short list of
the projects that I will use CF Pro 98 for. 1:3.5 scale Minimoa (194
in.) Another Alcyon A scratch Bird of
Time A TD
ship called the Gambler Designed by Keith Smith Just to name a
few!!!!! Keep up the good work. [Insert a pat on the back
here] I
will have some questions just as soon as I find one that the help doesn't
answer. A
fine Program!!!!! A very satisfied user Mark J.

I install the "patch"
you send me this week end and it works fine. I finished designing and plotting
my wing (ribs structure) and begin to build it in one day! your software is
incredibly efficient. For plotting, I use rool paper on my Epson Stylus 800
(which is normally not designed to use it) and I define a custom page format
equal to the half span of the wing... no cutting/glueing
needed! Best regards et "à bientôt" Patrick |

Hello
Eric, I
just now downloaded the new auto updates for Compufoil98, and I just wanted to
tell you once again how fantastic this program is. Since using your program we
have decided to experiment with some new airfoils and two new champion
sailplanes are born. Thank you very much for all you have done to assist me with
past questions and new updates. Take care Happy

Thanks
Eric, Used
the James Allen # and works great. Keep up the great work. Powerful tool. It
helped me design the fastest Q500 plane there is. My partner has the new
national record at 1:05.20 with an airfoil I developed with your
software. Thanks Jim Allen

Eric, This is an outstanding program and well worth the
investment. In one afternoon with no prior experience with CompuFoil, I was able
to generate individual test ribs for the dragonfly slope glider I am scratch
building. This almost makes generating all those individual ribs fun. Thanks
again for the help Steve Bingham |
